Federal regulators are providing a rare glimpse into information they may consider for a significant rule affecting how carriers are considered fit to be operating.<\/p>\n

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration\u00a0<\/span>published on Friday<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>a \u201cnotice of data availability\u201d \u2014 or \u201cNODA\u201d \u2014 to alert the public about a set of studies it could rely on to develop a proposed or final rule that will be used to determine a carrier\u2019s safety fitness rating.<\/p>\n

Extreme weather is 2024<\/strong>\u2019s top supply chain risk<\/strong><\/p>\n

Extreme weather events are the\u00a0<\/span>top risk facing supply chains in 2024<\/span><\/a>, according to an annual outlook report from Everstream Analytics.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
